We will meet with the tenant(s) at the start of the tenancy and walk around the property with them. This is an opportunity for the tenant(s) and the clerk to agree and make any additional comments necessary to the inventory report.
Utility meter readings will be taken along with a record of the keys being released to the tenant(s). A schedule of condition will be completed giving a brief outline of the cleanliness and condition of the property on the day and these will be signed by both the tenant(s) and the clerk.
Photos will be taken of each room in the property along with meters and keys to be added to the final inventory report.
